Chuck Clark is an Atlanta native who has been in the residential construction industry for over 25 years. A graduate of Auburn University, father of two, Chuck and his family reside in South Rockdale County.

Chuck's interest in the construction industry began at an early age as he assisted his father building homes on a limited basis. "The skill and knowledge of the builder always intrigued me," Chuck states, "How someone can have the perception to carry a design from paper to reality just amazed me."

His early years were spent with a large merchant builder, where as a superintendent, Chuck was responsible for a growing community utilizing his production skills. Chuck's later career included management level positions with several other builders and for several years he operated his own company. With every opportunity, Chuck gained knowledge and traits that would help him develop into an experienced, well respected builder in the Atlanta area.

Chuck's background covers both single family detached and multi-family attached housing. The rewarding factor for Chuck has been "the ability to achieve the quality expected by his customers while instilling the comfort, and confidence level of the tradesmen of days past."

Chuck maintains the quality of workmanship should be consistent no matter what the sales price. "Material and finishes will affect price, quality is free."

Presently, Chuck has returned to his construction roots in taking the helm of C. O. Clark Inc., the residential construction firm began by his father in 1974. C.O. Clark Inc. along with an associate has joined together to create Anchorage Homes L.L.C. and proudly present product in several Metro-Atlanta communities.
